Interactive help
You can switch the interactive help for VentricularTools on and off by clicking on the 'help' button in the toolbar. The information that is displayed in the interactive help panel changes depending on which section of the workflow is currently selected. The interactive help is intended to provide a brief overview of how to use the software. The full set of instructions provided should be read and understood before the software is used for clinical diagnosis.

Viewing patient details and anonymising studies
If you click on the 'details' button, you will be presented with a pop-up window that shows information about the patient. This window will display the patient name, gender, date of birth and identification number, as well as the name of the person who operated the scanner and the name of the institution where the scan was performed. Clicking on the 'anonymise' button allows the patient details to be removed. This feature can be useful when passing potentially sensitive data between different users of VentricularTools.
